I ordered a black freshwater pearl necklace for my sister-in-law as a special gift for her fiftieth birthday. They were delivered to me on time the day before the party. What a beautiful surprise I received this Christmas morning when I opened my little case containing the most beautiful pearl studs. I just love it - I know that it will go with anything I wear both casually or for formal occasions. I was also pleasantly surprised with the retail insurance valuation that comes with the purchase of the pearls. Pearl shopping for a gift for my wife for our 10th anniversary was literally doing my head in. The more I researched, the less confident I became. The pearls I saw in jewellery stores were underwhelming in quality and over-priced. Shopping on-line took me to overseas companies masquerading as Australian traders. I even spoke to someone in California on a 1800 toll-free Australian listed number! I had no confidence that purchasing on-line from over-seas would result in the quality of pearl that I was hoping for. Then I found Twelve Pearls, noted that it is a Melbourne based company, rang the customer service number, and spoke to an employee. Impressively, the employee was available to speak with me at 4.50pm on a Friday afternoon. My concerns about purchasing were easily addressed and I can happily report that I have received the pearls as promised. I am very happy to report that the quality of the pearls EXACTLY matches the balanced description and discussion that I had with Twelve Pearls. Thank you for your service.

I own two pairs of Twelve Pearls earrings, the classic white earring stud and the elegant white anchor earring (which are now out of stock), and my decision to purchase lavender pearl earrings is a leap of faith for me.
